Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure, and winnings obtained during that period may be voided.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 13400 account password and login credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with anyone else. Any activity that occurs within your account is your full responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 13400 customer support immediately and change your password.
Usage Rules & User Conduct
All users of the 13400 platform are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial systems to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited;
- Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform's technical functions in any way is strictly prohibited;
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering is strictly prohibited;
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or using funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited;
- Using a VPN or location-masking software to access the platform from a restricted region is strictly prohibited;
- All communications with the support team must be conducted in a courteous and respectful manner.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of all outstanding balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

All transactions on the 13400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods listed in the platform's finance section.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All deposits are final once processed. 13400 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by our team under specific circumstances.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released. 13400 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotional Credits
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements specified separately in each promotion's terms. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly and must first have their usage conditions met. 13400 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Account Suspension & Closure
13400 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in an unlawful manner. In the event of a confirmed closure due to a breach, all outstanding balances and winnings may be forfeited.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 13400 customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the required security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13400 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 13400 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
